What non-personal data do City Glass collect?
Like most websites, we gather statistical and other analytical information collected on an aggregate basis of all visitors to our website. We will only store your personal data in GDPR regulated areas.

As a standard rule City Glass will never share your personal data with a third party.

In some limited circumstances, we may be legally required to share certain personal data, which might include yours, if we are involved in legal proceedings or complying with legal obligations, a court order or the instructions of a government authority.

 

How to access your personal data?

If you want to know what personal data we hold about you, you can ask us for details of that personal data and for a copy of it. This is known as a “subject access request”.

There is not normally a charge for a subject access request. If your request is ‘manifestly unfounded or excessive’ (ie. If you make repetitive requests) then a fee may be charged to cover our administrative costs in responding.

 

We will respond to a subject access request within 1 month of receiving it. In some cases, particularly if your request is more complex, more time may be required up to a maximum of 3 months. You will always be kept fully informed of our progress.
